Building Renovations
If you own a building in the Main Street District, you are eligible to receive free design assistance from a licensed architect. You can also apply for funding to complete building improvements through Main Street's Exterior Improvement grant, Challenge Grant, and our Upper Story Housing funds.

This partnership between the Mount Pleasant Area Chamber of Commerce and Iowa Wesleyan College matches a team of students with local businesses to provide marketing assistance. The program is free of charge and available to all MPACC Members.
