Proceeds benefit the HCHC Auxiliary Health Scholarship Fund. Baked goods, previously worn jewelry and used books will be available for purchase. Display of Christmas items from the HCHC Gift Shop for sale. A drawing for a handmade queen size quilt will be held. Tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5. They may be purchased in advance at the HCHC Gift Shop, HCHC Information Desk or at the Soup Supper. You need not be present to win, but we'd love to see you there!
Prospective students are invited to come to campus for tours and information sessions.

Veterans Day Open House - Honoring our Henry County Veterans and Military Personnel…past and present. Attending will be Veterans Interviewed by Jeff Hunt of the Mt. Pleasant News, for his weekly series, “What did you do during the War?”; Major Randy Higginbotham, 224th Engineer Battalion. Iowa National Guard; Members of the Henry County Honor Guard; Representatives of the Honor Tour and more.
Displays of Henry County Military Memorabilia, Artifacts and Photos from Civil War, WWI and WWII.
Also a Tribute to Our Medal of Honor Recipients.

This seminar will look at ways to get in front of the changes in your organization by exploring ways to increase your organization's motivation for the specific changes you need to make and the forces likely to impede those changes. The program is specifically designed for people in management positions that must initiate change or lead others to implement change.
To help non-profit organizations within Henry County reach a higher level of success, Henry County Health Center Foundation and Enhance Henry County Community Foundation bring you “Non-Profit Organizational Effectiveness”. This 3 hour seminar is designed to help board members and staff achieve greater effectiveness. This session will provide participants guidance on non-profit governance, fiduciary responsibilities, strategic planning and how to foster productive relationship with staff of their organization.
IWC senior Corrie Wagner and her father, Tom, will share the story of his service as an E-4 Gunner's Mate in Vietnam. Also participating in the program will be representatives of the Henry County Veterans Affairs organization.
